Our Story

JRC Culinary Group began with recipes passed down through our family for generations. Growing up around Cantonese dim sum, dumplings were always part of our lives — from Lunar New Year gatherings at home to long days spent watching our mother cook in restaurant kitchens.
In 2023, JRC was founded in the San Gabriel Valley to bring those same authentic recipes to professional kitchens. Located in Monterey Park, one of the most vibrant centers of Chinese food culture in America, we produce traditional dumplings with the consistency and scale that restaurants need.
Every dumpling reflects the same care, precision, and handmade quality that our family practiced for generations.
